Order Cancellation

your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Delivery Time

location.

If your order has not been delivered within 20 days from the
shipping date, you may contact our support team. If the package is
confirmed as lost or undelivered, you are eligible for a full
refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact
us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and
packaging. We will offer a replacement or a full refund where
appropriate.

Change of Mind

If you wish to return your order because you changed your mind, please
contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must
be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise
required by law.
